Beaufield Mews is one of the few alternative wedding venues located in Dublin city. Only 4 miles from Dublin city centre, it is a hidden oasis, tucked up a tree lined avenue. This 18th century converted Coachhouse & stables is home to an eclectic mix of Irish art, antiques and artefacts that give it a warm & quirky character. There are two restaurants on site. The largest is called the Coachhouse restaurant which can sit up to 130 guests for a sit down dinner or can also be hired privately for canape parties, blessings or civil cermonies. The scent of roses hits you as you stroll through the walled garden, a perfect place for photographs or an aperitif before dinner.

Alternatively Our Hayloft restaurant upstairs is a charming loft room with wooden beams and crystal chandeliers, a charming mixture of old and new. With its own private bar & lounge area and a restaurant that holds up to 60 guests, this is a cosy intimate space, perfect for small wedding receptions or private parties. Use of the Garden Gallery for Civil Wedding Ceremonies

We only host one wedding per day, allowing us to give you undivided attention. Full use of our beautiful garden is available for your drinks reception & photographs regardless of the size of your reception.

Accommodation is provided at a number of hotels and guests houses in the area at discount rates for you & your guests. Please ask for our extensive list. 

BREAK FROM TRADITION: OUR ALTERNATIVE WEDDING RECEPTIONS. Although we are well known for our  traditional wedding recetions, we also enjoy trying something a little different. Why not make your day a little unque by having fun with the traditonal wedding format. For summer weddings try our Mini Feast Menu, with miniature dishes allowing guests to taste everything. Or our Mediterranean Wedding Fare menu, with style & flair but offering a more casual dining experience. Le Pique Nique Menu, complete with chequered napkins & wicker baskets, adds so much fun to the event,reminding you of those lazy, hazy days of your youth; or try our pig on a spit, succulent pig teamed up with a range of mouth watering chutneys and summer salads that will have your friends begging for more 

Alternatively for winter weddings chestnuts roasting on an open fire in our 18th century courtyard sets the scene for an alternative day. BLESSINGS & CIVIL WEDDINGS AT THE BEAUFIELD MEWS - You can also host your blessing here at the Beaufield Mews either in our wonderful rose garden or in our newly renovated restaurants. We have also held Civil Ceremonies here allowing the couple to host everything at the one venue. Ask for more details - we can recommend interface ministers for blessings and humanist celebrants for ceremonies.
